Inspiration to Teach:
I was born and raised on a farm in Fountain City, WI. I love to teach and my passion for teaching came from my mom who has been a Kindergarten teacher for over 40 years. I have coached boys and girls basketball at a variety of levels and at numerous camps throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf, basketball, frolf (Frisby Golf), volleyball, softball, hanging out with friends, and my family.
Teaching at Aquinas:
I love teaching at Aquinas because my principal and staff are amazing! It makes a big difference when attempting to be a successful teacher on who you work with and the type of character or drive those individuals offer. I have been so grateful for the help and support, as an upcoming professional educator, that this school/system has provided for me. I've taught in a public school system for a year and I've never felt more welcome or appreciated. Parents are very supportive and involved in their children's education. The supportive community feel to the Aquinas system is unmatched to any other school I've worked in or been a part of.
