Teaching Religions Education, I saw students struggling with reading and writing. I wanted to be able to help students succeed in these areas so they could better appreciate the classes I taught at the parish level, so I returned to college and obtained my teacher's degree. I love the opportunity to promote to students my love of reading, to share my knowledge of technology skills and teach students to become better users of the Internet for information and multi-media tools for the 21st century.
Teaching at Aquinas:
At Aquinas Catholic Schools, students are engaged and try to do their best. The staff is cooperative and supportive. Parents and community members help with resources and give their time to promote the students' education.
At ACS, I can share my faith with students by integrating it into daily lesson plans and interactions. The people at Aquinas Catholic Schools are committed to the education, character growth and faith development of all those who choose to become a part of the Aquinas system.
